Once acquired, LTR will implement management policies to aggressively improve margins and earnings through a combination of programs that involve operational improvement, cost reduction, revenue maximization and profit optimization through the use of shared services, uniform procurement and SCM methods, centralized billing (DRG coding) and reimbursement, and through the standardization of practices and processes.
